Wizarding Weekend

Calling all prospective wizards to come join the Wizarding Weekend in Downtown Tecumseh. Adult themed activities on Friday night open to the public and a special VIP ticketed event. VIP ticketed adventure through Tecumseh Diagon Alley includes: • Check in at Kings Cross Station - Platform 9 ¾ (main four corners). • VIP ticket holders will receive a swag bag which will include your acceptance letter, an event mug, a VIP lanyard that will entitle you to specials at local businesses and other event related swag. You will also be entered into the drawing for a gift card packet and can participate in the costume contest on Friday night for the grand prize. There will be 150 tickets available at $35 each. Ticket sales will begin on July 1st. Saturday will be family day from 10am – 5pm. The first 100 kids that check in at the welcome table at the 9 3/4 platform (main four corners) will receive a special swag bag. The swag bag will include all the places to stop in Diagon Alley so you are ready for your wizarding classes, plus other event related swag. Wear your favorite wizarding themed attire and enter the costume contest at 11pm Saturday at the Tecumseh Tavern parking lot. The train from Southern Michigan Railroad will be at the Kings Cross Station (main four corners) - Platform 9 ¾ for photo ops and rides at specified times. Schedule of rides will be posted at the platform. Forbidden Forest Hike: Calling all witches and wizards during Wizarding Weekend who are looking for an adventure! Have your wand at the ready as we hike through the Forbidden Forest searching for magical creatures. We hope you were paying attention and taking notes in herbology with Professor Sprout!
